Avalon/Stone Harbor

A super sweet sunset from about 48th street Avalon, NJ

One of the very first pictures I took that I liked. Crazy colors on this one. Taken right across the street from Doug Deegan's house on Stone Harbor Blvd. I was probably working that day (painting houses).

Same freaking sunset, but slightly different angle. Thought I would include it because it is just so sweet.

This sunset is (of course) the one you'll see at the top of nearly every page on this website. Taken straight down the street from my mom's house on 20th street, Avalon. ame from the same roll as that wetland one two photos down. Pretty good roll for landscape stuff I thought.

Snow on the beach, 10th street Avalon. Taken on this really strange camera Sander Banta let me use back in 1997. Colors came out weird and really soft, I think I want that camera back.

Another sunset shot from 21st street I think. I don't even really like it, don't know why I left it there.

Man, I like this photo. 30th street, Avalon. I was pretty clueless about taking photos back then, only slightly worse than I am now though. But anyway, I had no idea this photo would come out, but I liked the way the ocean was so damn shiny that day.

I took this photo on some crazy Kodak film that Brandon Finney gave me. Haven't seen it anywhere. Anyway, this was taken when I first came back to NJ after moving to CA. I was so excited to see rain that I ran out and took photos of a bunch of stuff.

This is 10th Street beach in Avalon--crazy clouds, right?

10th street Avalon. I actually think this is a good photo. Hey, I'm just being honest and I don't care what you think. This photo is ideal in my book.
